What is your Return Policy?
Any return of original artwork must be initiated by phone or email within 10 days of the receipt date to be eligible for a refund. The client is responsible for return shipping and/or processing fees.
Do you offer artwork shipping services?
Yes, we offer shipping worldwide. Contact us for a shipping quote! We take special care in packing every shipment to ensure its safety. If any damage should occur, we will make every effort to remedy the issue.
How soon can I expect my artwork to ship after purchase?
Please give us up to 5 business days to pack your order. We will provide tracking information after the package ships. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days for destinations in the contiguous US.
Do I need an appointment to come look at/buy art?
You do not need an appointment! If you wish to see any artwork outside of our business hours, Tuesday - Friday 11am-5pm and Saturdays 11am-4pm, you are welcome to make an appointment. Our team members are happy to help with anything you may need.
You can also browse all of our inventory on our website 24/7. If anything catches your eye, let us know and you can come see it in the gallery or we can bring it to your space!
Can you install any artwork in my space?
Yes! With any artwork or custom framing purchased from the gallery, we will deliver and install it in your home or office for free within a 50 mile radius of the gallery.
Additionally, we can install any artwork not purchased from Olson-Larsen Galleries in your home or office at a rate of $100 per hour. This includes other display systems and non-traditional installation challenges that need a creative solution.
Can I bring in artwork not purchased at Olson-Larsen Galleries for framing?
Yes, we can frame pretty much anything! We take as much care in framing your children's finger paintings as we do with a masterpiece by Picasso. Click here for more frame shop details.
I am an artist looking for representation, How do I submit my work for consideration?
We accept and review artist submissions on a rolling basis. Due to the high volume of submissions received, we are unable to respond to every request. Our team thoughtfully considers each artist and will reach out to you directly if we feel your work would be a good fit for an upcoming exhibition or other opportunity. We appreciate your understanding!
